3. Replaced with DScaler5 DScaler5 IVTC mod
4. Removed Cyberlink MPEG2 decoder
5. Lagarith updated to version 1.3.25
6. Updated Xvid to version 1.3.2
7. X264VFW Updated to revision 2008
8. Removed Intel I.263 codecs. This format is now handled by ffdshow.
9. Updated Codec Tweak Tool to version 4.9.5
10. Win7DSFilterTweaker updated to version 4.2
11. Updated MediaInfo Lite to version 0.7.45
12. minor changes
